A Catch Up

So it's the first of June, meaning summer is officially here!
and also that my birthdays in a few days;)
I thought I'd give an update of whats happening at Fusion at the mo, for the ones who don't live nearby!

Dancing,
The Cabaret piece by the younger ones is looking great to the soundtrack of Girls Aloud, classic! There's been weeks of hard work, and the piece is looking slick and fresh, definately one to come see. Also the dance team are still working on and perfecting on their piece for Cabaret, which was performed at Vision earlier on in the year. There's a bit of tweaking to be done but by the show it will be perfect!
Chomp dance rehersal are going well too, with a set of routines ready to be entwined into the musical, including the shoe shuffle, which is a great choreography with added sound effects, urghhhhh. There are pieces work on as a whoole group and alos duets and solos. Giving a wide rage of styles! But come on, we have to love the finale! It's so much fun and very energetic!

Wednesday's Drama
The Cabaret acting is first thing on a Wednesday, and there is many little plays and scenarios that will have you in fits of giggles to leaving you on the edge of your seat! Including some fantastic accents from Sonia, a dramatic piece by Jordana and Levi and also, a piano playing Gracie! At the minute though, they in groups from 2 to about 5/6 they are doing scripted plays. Somes plays that older youth members will you remember!
Chomp acting, is so much fun, but a whole lot of noise from the amount of people in The Space! But with the scenes looking fantastic, including some great solos and group munching, the musical is coming together so well. It's going to be a great tour this summer! We even have our own back stage crew;) Including Makeup artist Sophie Grant and technician Tim Peacock. Not forgetting Jade whose helping with just about everything aswell as dancing!

Thursday's Drama
What a crazy lot at Lindsey! They're great!
The younger group are so dedicated and have so many new fresh ideas! Working with sponge puppets would be one of my favourtie lessons, watching them interact with each other! Then the older ones, at the mo are working on doing there version of Cinderella! it's looking great ca't wait to see it in the show!

Well that's a summery of the things I see at Fusion, but there's plenty more going on!
There's new classes at Caistor Yarborough on a Tuesday starting too!
Well seen as I'm meant to be revising for my exam tomorrow, I'll end it here.
Hope everyone's enjoying the sun!
